LOCKDOWN Timetable

Monday/Tuesday, Wednesday /Thursday and Friday:

Am- promotion of basic life skills using the usual routine of having breakfast, having a bath, brushing teeth and dressing.

Am- Outdoor activity and Focus activity is completed with siblings or as 1:1 depending on plan and activity.  OR *Field trip* which support his life skills as well as helping him to meet outcomes

Am- Snack followed by a bit of down time (sensory room)/free choice out of the activities/exploration items I have laid out around the house. /unless on field trip.

Am- Self-help/selfcare promotion (support with personal care)

Pm- Lunch (life skills promotion)

Pm- Self-help/Self Care promotion (support with personal care)

Pm- Focus Activity is completed with siblings or as 1:1 depending on plan and activity / Field trip.

Pm- Down time, allowing Aidan to process which is especially important to prevent him overloading and over stimulating (he usually enjoys down time in his sensory room)

Pm- Dinner and then bedtime routine and some sensory play before basic life skills promotion through personal care and bed.

Sometimes outdoor activities will last a full day if they are day trips- this will be mentioned in the daily notes.
